The sports judge, based on the findings of the official documents, announced the disciplinary measures after the thirty-eighth matchday of the Serie C group C championship.
Fine of 2000 euros:
for actions contrary to the rules regarding order and safety and for violent actions committed by his supporters, located in the Curva Sud Sector, which constitute a danger to public safety, consisting in having launched:
1. in the 2nd, 3rd, 15th, 22nd, 23rd and 25th minute of the first half six flares on the pitch towards the opposing team’s goalkeeper, thus determining, on five of the aforementioned occasions, the suspension of the match by the Referee for approximately 15 seconds each time to allow the Fire Brigade to remove it;
2. during the match, two flares in the playing area, without consequences;
3. in the 27th minute of the first half, when the opposing team scored the goal, a lighter was thrown on the pitch, without consequences.
Measurement of the sanction in application of the articles. 6, 13, paragraph 2, and 26 CGS, assessed the overall modalities of the facts and the suspensions of the tender necessary to restore safety conditions (Arbitration Rules, Fed. Proc. Rules, RCC).
