The affair of the ASP that manages the retirement home is taking on the contours of the classic “Pandora’s box”, from which “gleanings” and disagreements emerge at a political level. After the resignation of the old Board of Directors, it seems that the new council majority wants to appoint a trio composed of Stefano Fede, Marco Attili and Alessandra Aramini to represent the lists that support the mayor Mauro Sclavi. These are rumors that chase each other and perhaps tomorrow – the day on which the ASP assembly was convened – we will know more. Meanwhile, the centre-right opposition group asks “publicly if the names that have been circulating for some time will be confirmed” and then attacks the mayor by recalling that it was he who, on 2 May 2023, as president of the shareholders’ meeting, asked for his resignation of the old Board of Directors, “motivating the request – we read in the centre-right note – with the little sympathy that the current municipal administration had towards the members, given that they were not an expression of the current majority”. At this point, the opposition municipal councilors point out, “we don’t know if the mayor intends to clear his conscience with a discussion table with all the political forces, after having humiliated them only a year ago”.
