Identification and fine
The Police, with a quick investigation, managed to identify the person responsible despite the age of the scooter being obscured: he is a 44-year-old from Avellino who was sanctioned for violating the Highway Code with the withdrawal of his registration document.
The vehicle was also subjected to administrative detention and the investigations also led to the facts being reported to the Juvenile Court of Naples despite it being ascertained that, at the time of the video, there was no newborn baby inside the stroller.
