FANO The works for the executive design and construction of the works of five hospitals in the Marche region have been delivered, three of which are in our province.
They will concern the construction of the emergency emergency buildings in Fano, Senigallia and Civitanova Marche, which are in addition to those for the renovation of the Pergola hospital and the construction of the new structure, with an adjoining community house in Cagli.
The successful companies
The works that will affect Fano, the building that will be built next to the Santa Croce with which it will be functionally connected, with a technical-economic framework of 24 million euros, have been entrusted to the Gedi Group spa of Altamura, with a reduction of 17.1%.
In Cagli the Torelli Dottori group from Cupramontana will build the new community hospital. This is the main investment in this category of works for local healthcare in all of the Marche. The economic framework is 14.8 million euros. The reduction on the amount of the works was 10.86%.
In nearby Pergola we will proceed with the overall anti-seismic renovation of the Santi Carlo e Donnino hospital. The investment is 30 million euros. Devi Impianti srl of Busto Arsizio was awarded the project with a reduction of 4.17%.
In Senigallia the works (technical economic framework 23.5 million euros) were entrusted to the Consorzio Stabile Csi of Perugia, a reduction of 11.37%, as were those in Civitanova (qte 22 million euros), in this case with a discount on the amount of 10.71%. The intervention for the emergency emergency building in Urbino will also be delivered shortly.
