CATANZARO – The Anti-Mafia Investigation Directorate has implemented a sentence of the Court of Appeal of Catanzaro, Second Criminal Section, which became irrevocable last February, with which they were condemneddefinitively, 8 subjects remained involved in the operation called “Low profile” judged with abbreviated proceedings.
The sentence of 12 September 2023 has in fact confirmed the confiscation already determined by the GIP of the Ordinary Court of Catanzaro on 28 October 2021 consisting of a series of assets attributable to three entrepreneurs of Cosenza and of Turin believed to be operating under the influence of the ‘Ndrangheta clubs of San Leonardo di Cutro (Kr) and Roccabernarda (Kr), in the territories of Rome, Velletri, Sellia Marina and Simeri Crichi (Cz), Montalto Uffugo (Cs).
With the irrevocability of the sentence, the entire compendium is definitively confiscated corporate of 5 companies and 2 businesses individuals active in the commerce sectors, as well as banking relationships and financial resources, for a total value estimated at approximately 500,000 euros.
