The lawyer attended for the first time Serena Triggiani who received the mandate for the Environment; Viviana Matrangola who obtained the delegation for Culture, protection and development of cultural enterprises, legality and social anti-mafia; and the regional councilor of the Democratic Party Debora Ciliento which became the head of the Department of Transport and Sustainable Mobility in place of Anita Maurodinoia resigns.
The reshuffle came after investigations by the Bari Prosecutor’s Office which led to the resignation, for different reasons, of the councilor Anita Maurodinoia, under investigation, and of the pentastellata Rosa Barone.
The 2023 budget statement confirms the current tax pressure without increase in taxes.
The Puglia Region has in fact confirmed the rates of the regional additional Irpef and Irap.
The report confirms that «the budget of the Puglia Region is virtuous and healthywith Moody’s certifications and a BAA3 rating with a stable outlook”, they say from the Region.
Payment times are in line and often even lower than those required by law. Exists a high cash balance which allows you to avoid massive recourse to debt.
«The report of the Puglia Region 2023 – continues the note – therefore highlights careful and solid management of regional budget policies, despite a general context that registers important critical elements, related primarily to geopolitical instability as well as economic variables that strongly impact production activity, such as significant increases in energy costs, increases in raw material prices and the evolution of interest rates of interest and inflation, with consequent tensions on the financial markets. A further element of considerable concern in the economic-financial framework is represented by the transition to the new framework of European economic governance”.
Among the voices, the health deficit amounting to 39 million to which the Council has given coverage today.
