Viterbo – “The investigating judge decided to reject the request for immediate judgment”. Frontini-Cavini affair, the news on the registration affair arrives from the mayor at the end of the city council meeting.

It concerns her personally, with her husband Fabio Cavini: “I received news from my lawyers – says Frontini – that the investigating judge decided to reject the request for immediate judgment that had been formulated by the public prosecutor, due to the absence of evidentiary details of the crime that has been charged”.
The prosecutor’s investigation was triggered following the complaint by councilor Bruzziches following the famous dinner on September 26th, closed on April 13th by prosecutors Siddi and Capezzuto, with the request for immediate trial and the accusation of threatening a political body .
At that dinner, according to the recordings that would have been filed, Cavini would have said: “If I want to do harm, I understand who in your family status is weaker and then I go to hit that person”. And added: “Unfortunately I am his black soul and that is why I am very hated, because sometimes I have to do very bad things.”
Following the decision of investigating judge Cialoni, the documents were returned to the prosecutor’s office, which will now have to decide on the follow-up.
