5 emergency simulations completed at the corporate consultancy offices and SerDs of ASL Roma 6
Anzio, 30 April 2024 – They have just concluded 5 emergency and evacuation simulations at the company Consultors and SerDs ofASL Rome 6. These tests made it possible to verify the procedures and operating instructions of the emergency and evacuation plans shared with employees during the fire training activities that the company began in 2024. Already in December 2023, emergency and emergency tests were carried out evacuation pat the hospitals of Velletri, Anzio, Frascati and Marino.
The activities of the ASL Roma 6 continue, organized by the Corporate Prevention Service on the staff of the General Management and coordinated by the architect Domenico Giovannetti and Dr. Pier Giorgio Mosca aimed at raise awareness among all company staff and not just those working in hospitals.
Thanks to the smoke machine they were simulated principles of fire of electro-medical equipment, electrical equipment in general and waste bins in various environments of the Counselors and SerD involving not only the staff present but also the users this time represented by helpers but also by visiting citizens who, with their active participation, were able to see that the company has the objective of ensuring that procedures and instructions are adapted to guarantee safe evacuation for all types of users and not just those who frequent hospitals.
In particular, the tests allowed us to test the reaction of healthcare personnel to the emergency, calls to emergency numbers, compartmentalization of the environments affected by the emergency, sectioning of the systems and assistance to users until they reach the collection points. In the coming months, thanks to a tight schedule, the tests will continue in the rest of the structures, in the operating rooms and in the hospital wards thanks also to the involvement and support of the voluntary associations present in the area.
