goes to the pastry chef Sebastiano Caridi

Imola (Bologna), 29 April 2024 – The former Bacchilega bar towards reopening. After the failed award last September, when the offer of the potential new manager was canceled due to failure to reach the minimum requirements set, the call-bis Ges of Faenza was awarded the contract for the rooms on the ground floor of the town hall. The company refers to the pastry chef Sebastiano Caridi, owner of a sales point also in Bologna, as well as in the city of Manfreda. That of Jesus, to which the local neighbors at number 6 of via Mazzini also go, i.e. those of the former newsstand, it was the only offer submitted. The concession has a duration of nine years from the date of signature of the contract with the possibility of renewal for a further nine. The tender, this time open only to those with a minimum turnover of 2.5 million euros excluding VAT in the two-year period 2021-2022, provided redevelopment works for at least 620 thousand euros (Ges offered a 4% increase), partly covered by a public contribution of 120 thousand euros (the people of Faenza proposed a 0.5% decrease).

For what concern rental fee (whose payment will only start from 2034), the starting price of 31,200 euros was adjusted by 2% by the new manager.
