Viterbo – We receive and publish – On the occasion of San Pellegrino in Fiore, scheduled in the historic center of Viterbo from 1st to 5th May, extraordinary presence of “Tuscia in Bio” at “Fiori e Sapori” with the exhibition and sale of agricultural producers biological and natural in the pedestrian area in Largo Almadiani al Sacrario.
Farmers to intervene: Cascina delle Pantane with sheep and goat cheeses; Angela Ferri with cow cheeses; Agrifarm with red fruit compotes and processed vegetables; Opificio 13 with honey and bee products; Castellani Luca with snail-based food and cosmetic products; Tuscia seeds transformed into aromatic herbs and essential oils; Missing with cured meats and porchetta.
At the same time, as usual, the “Tuscia in Bio” Market will be open in the Pensilina Space (at the Tourist Office, in front of the Shrine car park) on Wednesday afternoons from 3.30pm to 7.30pm and on Saturday mornings from 8am. .30 to 1.00 pm.
