Alessandria Traffic Police saves a man who wanted to end it

ALEXANDRIA – The intervention lasted several hours Alessandria Traffic Police but, in the end, the agents they managed to save the life of a man, decided to take one’s own life throwing himself against a train. Last April 4th the alarm had involved all the Piedmont Police forces and it was taken from Genoa in the late afternoon. A few hours later the man reactivated his cell phone to call a friend, making clear his desire to end it all. At that point the Turin Traffic Police Operations Center he managed to track down the cell phone right on the outskirts of Alexandrianear Cantaloupe.

At that point all the Polstrada patrols intervened in search of the car in which the person had last been seen. Eventually the car was found on a road near the level crossing of provincial road 244in an area used as an industrial zone.

The man was sitting inside the car, stationary and with the engine running. When he saw the officers he immediately shouted at them, saying not to come closer: he was clearly in a state of confusion, agitated and worried due to personal problems. Many times he then attempted to head towards the tracks but the operators, thanks to dialogue and understanding, they managed to make him give up and then entrust him to the care of healthcare personnel.
