During the night, near via XXIX Settembre, the police were carrying out checks on a man of Tunisian origin, aged around 20, legal in the national territory but burdened by numerous judicial precedents.

During the check, the police asked the man to show what was hidden inside his pockets and he took out a multi-bladed switchblade type knife with the blade dirty with narcotic substances such as hashish. Regarding the possession of the knife, the man could not provide any explanation or justification. Furthermore, from the check, the police verified that the man was in possession of an identity card, a driving license, a health card and a credit card, all registered in the name of another person. Suspicious of the situation, the police started a more in-depth check from which they found that, several days ago, a complaint was filed reporting the theft from a vehicle of a jacket inside which the company’s wallet was kept. victim. The documents were thus returned to the victim who had suffered the theft and the young man was reported for the crimes of unjustified possession of weapons or objects capable of offending as well as for receiving stolen goods.
