CASERTA – It ended yesterday morning, on the parquet of the PalaPiccolo Casertathe second edition of Minibasketball tournament promoted and organized by the MB Center Decò Juvecaserta 2021. It was a real sports celebration that developed over the course of four days Of races and sharing with excursions also to the park of the Reggia Vanvitelliana and to Casertavecchia.
The tournament
There victory final went to the very young eagles of Decò Juvecaserta 2021, who beat their peers from the “Città di Caserta” Minibasket Center in the final. For third and fourth place, S. Agnese Basket of S. Giorgio del Sannio got the better of Pielle Matera. Followed by Basket Casapulla and Uniobasket Maddaloni. As is in the spirit of minibasketball, however, the final ranking represents only a mere statistical data, since the important thing for all the participating children was to share a festive experience in which to play and have fun together in a cheerful and engaging atmosphere .
An opportunity for growth
At the end of the event, the joy of celebrating all together on the pitch, demonstrating that the one promoted and organized by the Juventus Minibasket Centre, directed by Lidia Tommasiello, was not a simple competition, but a moment in which the children had a further opportunity to learn to respect the rules, collaborate with teammates and manage emotions both in the event of victory and defeat.
And in the end, however, everyone celebrated together with the provincial president of Fip, Catello Porfido, coach Ciro of Imperio and guard Tomas Cavallero of Paperdi Juvecaserta 2021.
