On Friday, late in the evening, after the approval of the budget and related documents, the Assembly of Palazzo D’Aimmo passed with 13 votes in favor and five against the regional law proposal number 22, on the initiative of the Roberti council, concerning the “Regional stability law for the year 2024”.
The president of the First Commission, who had approved the document with a positive opinion, illustrated it to the Chamber. Roberto Di Pardo’s speech was followed by declarations of vote from councilors Andrea Greco, Roberto Gravina, Alessandra Salvatore, Massimo Romano, the budget councilor Gianluca Cefaratti and Di Pardo himself.
In particular – we read in a note from the Institutional Activities Office of the Presidency of the Council -, «the approved text, as amended in the Chamber, provides, for the period 2024-2026, for the annual regulation of the quantities envisaged by the regional legislation in force at in order to adapt the financial effects to the objectives in compliance with the regional economic-financial planning”.
And, again, «the refinancing of a series of regional laws is envisaged, the expenses for the functioning and institutional activities of the dependent bodies and organizations are determined, the restructuring of mortgages, the disposal plan. A series of regional laws are then modified.”
