“In the aftermath of the sentences of the Council of State which effectively unmasked De Luca and his ‘Incongruent’ plans for the eradication of brucellosis and buffalo tuberculosis or alleged slain, rather than giving me a fast predictably ignored and perhaps even mocked by certain politics, I would have chained myself to the gates of the Ministry of Health until the day of the appointment of a national commissioner and the dispatch of real 007s from the Ministries of Health and Agriculture to shed full light on the serious past and present speculations. For Muscarà “it is no coincidence that, according to the latest news and indiscretions, the position of Doctor Sarnelli, former veterinary director of the Campania Region, has not been renewed, or that city or European candidacies have been hypothesized for the director of the Zooprophylactic Antonio Limone. Or even the candidacy for the European elections in De Luca’s lists of Francesco Todisco, commissioner of the Basso Volturno reclamation consortium, an organization whose events, as is known, are closely linked to those of the spread of buffalo infections in the Caserta area”.
“In this disheartening scenario to say the least – continues the regional councilor – I therefore cannot agree with those who maintain that this is not the time of the judiciary but that of politics: unfortunately, faced with the nothingness of a chatty and haggling politics, I see no other solution than the judicial one”. “The only one – she concludes – that up to now has given some concrete results”.
