Investigations are underway by the Varese police regarding the discovery of the body of a woman in an apartment in the Sant’Ambrogio district of Varese.
The body was discovered on Friday evening and several 118 emergency vehicles also intervened on the spot, but the woman’s death, which occurred in a suspicious manner and not disclosed by the investigators, was confirmed on the spot, and medical-legal findings were ordered from which it can be deduced that the death appears to have occurred a few hours earlier.
Furthermore, an autopsy has also been arranged and will most likely take place on Monday, as confirmed by the Varese prosecutor Antonio Gustapane. The victim is a 44-year-old woman of Central American origins. The circumstances of his death are yet to be clarifiedwhich according to initial findings would exclude third party liabilitya fact which will however have to be supported by the examination ordered by the Prosecutor’s Office on the body.
The incident occurred in via del Casluncio in Varese in an apartment located in a condominium: for a long time the residents observed the comings and goings of emergency vehicles on Friday evening (around 9pm), and then of the carabinieri cars that operated with the Varese station, subsequently joined by the rate of Operations department and from Surveys team of the investigative unit.
