MODENA. The Modena State Police has a 17 year old young man was arrested for the crime of attempted robbery.
THE FACTS
On Wednesday 24 April, around 5.30 am, following a report to the single emergency number 112, the state police flying squad intervened in a bar in the San Faustino areain Modena, where the 17-year-old had been caught while rummaging inside the club.
The young man, to try to escapehad one scuffle with the owner of the bar, who managed to keep him inside the premises until the arrival of the officers, who definitively blocked him.
The suspect, who was found in possession of the cash fund equal to 10 euros and of goods just stolen in the barhad entered the room by breaking the glass of the entrance door with a metal pipe.
THE ARREST
At the end of the ritual formalities, in agreement with the prosecutor’s office for minors of Bologna, the 17-year-old was taken to the initial reception center in Bologna.
At the end of the hearing, the judge for preliminary investigations validated the arrest and applied the precautionary measure of staying at home to the suspect.
