Nicolò Barella made a nice gesture after the end of the derby against Milan and the mathematical victory of the Scudetto against Inter.
L’Inter was able to kick off the celebrations for the mathematical victory of Scudetto thanks to the success in the derby against Milan. A tense match, in which there was no shortage of nervous moments with the players also on a collision course. However, there was also space for gestures characterized by sportsmanship, such as that of Nicolò Barella protagonist immediately after the final whistle.
The national team player was on the bench at the end of the derby, given that Inzaghi had decided to replace him in the 77th minute. When the referee declared the end of the hostilities, he too rushed onto the pitch: however, unlike his teammates who went under the sector occupied by the Inter fans, he took the opposite route. Barella, wearing a jacket, headed towards the opposing players.
Nicolò preceded the celebrations by greeting the Milan players, demonstrating great fair play. In a video recorded from the San Siro stands, Barella can be seen going to shake hands alone, first with Leao and then with Giroud. One by one then the Inter footballer he paid homage to the defeated by consoling them, before joining the Nerazzurri championship-winning group. A gesture worthy of applause.
