Friday 19 April the Portoferraie architect Massimiliano Pardi took part in a conference organized by the CNA in Reggio EmiliaOrder of Architects of Reggio Emilia and by the National Institute of Bioarchitecture INBAR. The Pardi bow brought to the attention of the assembly three projects dedicated to the city of Portoferraio which were within the SEAP, the Action Plan for Sustainable Construction. In particular, the projects dealt with marine hydrothermal energy in the historic center of Portoferraio, cycle-pedestrian roads on the ditches of Portoferraio and the Solar Pond in Schiopparello.
“There was great interest from the 60 colleagues present – ci said Massimiliano Pardi – and most of them would have liked to come to Portoferraio to see what I illustrated: when I told them that nothing has yet been achieved, the displeasure of those who had listened to me was felt… how many trains missed for the our territory.”
Together with the architect Pardi they were present at the conference were the architect Claudio De Santi and doctor Luca Eller Vainicher, the former as a technician and the latter as an economic-financial consultant, appointed by candidate for mayor of Portoferraio Tiziano Nocentini to verify the feasibility and financeability of the projects.
“We intend to adopt these and other projects of Portoferraie professionals – declared Tiziano Nocentini – it seems impossible that they were never taken into consideration by previous municipal administrations. We are proud to see that among our fellow citizens there are professionals of this level, we will do everything to enhance their design ability to change the face of Portoferraio for the better”.
