The staff of the Udine Police Headquarters carried out an accompaniment to the border with boarding from Malpensa airport (VA) to Shanghai (China) of a Chinese citizen.
The same person had been found on 12 April last and on this occasion, given the unavailability of places at a Repatriation Permanence Centre, the alternative measure of withholding his passport had been applied, pursuant to art. 13, paragraph c, letter a of the Legislative Decree 286/98, document issued by the Chinese authorities.
On April 17th, the hearing to validate the accompaniment measure at the border was scheduled at the local Office of the Justice of the Peace, and on the same date the measure was carried out.
On the same day, a Moroccan citizen was accompanied to the CPR in Bari as he was not in compliance with his stay in the national territory and had no documents.
On April 24th, a Tunisian citizen was accompanied to the CPR in Gradisca d’Isonzo (GO) as he was not in compliance with his stay on national territory and had no documents.
