It seems incomprehensible that such a highly professional assignment is legally framed with a simple administrative instructor profile (in practice any graduate). The element intrigued me and I decided to put together some data, absolutely public and verifiable on the web.
Last January 31st, Mayor Caruso signed decree no. 551/2024 with which he attributed a free assignment relating to the “carrying out of secretarial activities and assistance to institutional and government bodies” to Mrs. Fiorella Carolina Crivari.
From here I took the trouble to insert this name into a search engine and the data that emerged is truly fascinating. Let’s start with the lady’s CV Crivari, published on the website of the municipality of Rende. Over thirty years of activity in the shadow of power.
The reading has become even more exciting and so I start galloping on this search engine. There Crivarifrom what appears in the press archives preserved in the browser streams, she was ousted after a few months by the new mayor Eva Catizone (who took over from Giacomo Mancini) as head of her secretariat. But why?

But in reality there was no document proving this trust.

On this last aspect, the website of the Municipality of Cosenza gives us a further gem: it is a practice of freshly joined (presented by the same sister Crivari) of reduction of municipal taxes burdening the establishment, an extremely interesting fact regarding conflict of interest. But anyway…
Let’s move on: after the expulsion by Eva Catizone, the Crivari he arrives in Paola to manage Jole Santelli’s territorial secretary, but it doesn’t last long. He then arrives at the Field Foundation, the one in house at the Calabria Region, and after a “pedagogical” interlude that he allows himself with Carmine Vizza’s daughter in the management of a nursery school he returns to the halls of power and joins Marcello Manna at the municipality of Rende .
He remained in Rende for almost a decade (with a stellar salary of 3,300 euros per month made possible by a contract with Sasus) until the expulsion of the last acting mayors who were breathing down the neck of the prefect Reppucci, head of the anti-mafia access commission , they no longer renewed her position.
