From Friday 26 April “È LA VERTÀ” (produced by GGF Music and distributed by ADA Music), the song that anticipates the upcoming unreleased album, will be on the radio and available digitally.

From today, Friday 19 April, the song is available in pre-save: http://ada.lnk.to/ELAVERITA.

BLOOM was born from an idea of Giusy Ferreri and Max Zanotti, which then involved Roberta Raschellà and Alessandro Ducoli, musicians with great experience and personality, who contribute to giving life to the band’s unique and engaging sound. The idea that unites the band members is to immerse themselves in a creative phase where they can experiment with a new musical language through sound and where Giusy brings out the most introspective side of him. Hence the name BLOOM, which means flowering, and which therefore embodies the essence of a new life.

With BLOOM Giusy Ferreri wanted to give himself a space beyond his solo career (which continues in parallel) to express his rock soul in a purer and more complete way, already present in pills and as a B-Side in all his albums from the very beginning. In addition to being the band’s leader, Giusy Ferreri is also executive producer, author of all the lyrics and 7 melodies of the 10 songs that will make up BLOOM’s soon-to-be-released first album of unreleased songs.

“It’s the truth” is a hymn to the energy of rock, characterized by an overwhelming, visceral and hypnotic melody. The song arrives exactly 10 years after the publication of the single “La beverage ha un retrogusto amaro” (25 April 2014), taken from the album “L’attiva”, one of the most iconic songs of Giusy Ferreri’s solo career which shows the his rock soul.

Produced, recorded and mixed by Steve Lyon in Panic Button Studios in Hampton (London) and mastered by Andrea De Bernardi at Eleven Mastering Studio, “È la vera” features Giusy Ferreri on vocals, Max Zanotti on bass, Roberta Raschellà on guitar and Alessandro Ducoli on drums, with the contribution of Mattia Boschi on cello, Simone D’Eusanio on viola and violin and Floriano Bocchino for the writing of the string parts. Artistic production by BLOOM and Steve Lyon.

GIUSY FERRERI, from his sensational debut in 2008 to today, has collected unique and extraordinary results, building a career of goals and records, including radio hits, 1 diamond record and 16 platinum records. There are countless songs that over the years have shown Ferreri’s incredible ability to interpret the most disparate genres and styles, ranging from rock to pop, from blues to world music, including, just to name a few, “Don’t forget me ever ”, “November”, “The Immense Sea”, “I’ll Take You To Dinner With Me”, “Leave Now”, “I Wanted You”. A life marked by great successes and important collaborations with some of the most relevant names on the Italian scene such as Tiziano Ferro, Nicola Piovani, Marco Masini, Michele Canova, Sergio Cammariere, Takagi & Ketra, Corrado Rustici, Federico Zampaglione, Bungaro and many others, and with Linda Perry. In February 2022, “Cortometraggi” (Columbia/Sony Music) was released, the latest album of unreleased songs containing “Miele”, a song with which the artist competed at the 72nd Sanremo Festival, and the singles “Gli Oasis di una time”, “Cause and effect” “Heart scattered” and “Federico Fellini”. From May to September 2023 Giusy Ferreri was engaged in a tour that saw her play around Italy with 25 dates in particular locations. In November 2023 she published “Il Migliore di Te”, the original song written and performed by Giusy herself for the soundtrack of the film “Il Migliore di Te” by Fabrizio Maria Cortese.

In parallel to the project with BLOOM, Giusy Ferreri continues her solo journey with a new outdoor tour which from April 26th will see her bring the hits that have marked her career live throughout Italy, accompanied by her now consolidated band, composed by Andrea Polidori (drums), Gabriele Cannarozzo (bass and moog), Fabiano Pagnozzi (keyboards and synth), Davide Aru (guitars) and Mattia Boschi (cello and guitar).
