It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Janet Julia (Kot, Hastings, Letterman) Crenan, who passed away peacefully on April 19, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones.
Janet was born on April 15, 1942, in Syracuse, NY, to Stanley and Catherine Kot. She was a beloved wife to Lee Crenan and a devoted mother to Charles (Sherri) Hastings, Lyndon (Sandra) Letterman and Susan (Steven) Isabell. She is survived by her loving family, including her husband, sons, daughter, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, three sisters and one brother, who were a source of joy throughout her life.
She retired from the North Syracuse School Bus Driver Transportation Dept. in 2004.
Janet was known for her kindness, compassion, and love for her family. Her memory of her will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
She will be missed dearly…
