Crotone – In order to allow the procession and the moment of prayer to take place at the City Hospital with the painting of the Madonna of Capo Colonna The following measures relating to city roads have been adopted:
SATURDAY 11 May
– establish a parking ban with forced removal from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm on 11 May 2024, in Piazza Umberto I, in Largo G. Covelli, in Via Regina Margherita from the intersection with Largo G. Covelli up to the intersection with via Cappuccini, in via Cappuccini, in via C. Crea, on Corso Mazzini from via C. Crea to via S. Carpino, in via S. Carpino, on piazza F. Corrado, on via XXV Aprile from piazza F. Corrado up to the intersection with via V. Veneto, in via Bologna, on Piazzale Ospedale, in via Vittorio Veneto from the intersection with via XXV Aprile up to the intersection with via Roma and on Piazza Pitagora.
SUNDAY 12 May
In order to allow the solemn Pontifical Liturgy in honor of Madonna of Capo Colonna presided over by the Archbishop of Crotone-Santa Severina Angelo Raffaele Panzetta, archbishop of Crotone and the offering of the votive candle by the municipal administration, the following measures have been adopted relating to the city’s roads:
– establish a parking ban with forced removal, from 07:00 on 11 May 2024 to 24:00 on 12 May 2024, on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, via Raimondi and via Messinetti;
– establish a transit ban, from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm, on 11 and 12 May 2024, on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, via Raimondi and via Messinetti
In order to allow the Mariana 2024 Fair to take place, the following measures relating to city roads have been adopted:
– establish two-way traffic in the stretch of roadway of via Giovanni Paolo II between the roundabouts of Piazza F. Corrado and Piazza Antonio Caputi towards Tufolo Farina – from 2.00 pm on 14 May 2024 until 2.00 pm on the 22nd May 2024
In order to allow the “Fiera Mariana 2024” to take place, the following measures have been adopted relating to the city’s roads:
– prohibition on parking and stopping as well as closing to vehicular traffic, from 2.00 pm on 05.14.2024 to 02.00 am on 05.20.2024, in the following streets:
• Via Giovanni Paolo II on the mountain side from the intersection – Piazza Antonio Caputi roundabout to the entrance to Piazzale “Milone”;
• Piazzale Nettuno;
• via Miscello da Ripe, from the intersection with via Arrigo Boito to the Carlo Turano monument roundabout;
• Viale Regina Margherita, from the intersection with Largo Gaele Covelli to the intersection with Via Todaro Raffaele (formerly Via Verdogne VI cross street);
• via Claudio Crea, from the intersection of via Cappuccini to the Carlo Turano monument roundabout;
• via Louis Braille, from the intersection of via Spiaggia delle Forche to via C. Crea;
• via Giovanni Scalise, from the intersection with via Miscello da Ripe to via C. Crea;
• via Francesco Le Rose, from the intersection with viale Regina Margherita to via Todaro Raffaele (formerly via Verdogne VI crossroads)
