The building permit was obtained for the first lot which involves the construction of 145 new class “A” apartments equipped with multifunctional services for residents. The process of urban regeneration of the Navile district regains momentum with the new residential development project called “Bologna Bloom”.
The project is signed by the architecture studio Lombardini22 and involves the construction of two 11-storey towers and a 4-storey low body, for a total of 145 apartments ranging from studios to five-room apartments; on the ground floor there will be space for i common services (concierge, bicycle room, children’s area, fitness area and other multifunctional spaces), while garages and parking spaces are provided in the two underground floors.
New supermarket and student residence in the urban regeneration of the Navile district
Construction of a building has already begun in the immediate vicinity new supermarket and one student hall which will welcome around 400 students.
There marketing of apartments, is entrusted to Abitare Co., a real estate services and brokerage company specializing in new residences.
