Trani city council convened for Tuesday 30 April

The Municipal Council of the City of Trani is convened on first call for Tuesday 30 April at 4 pm (second meeting set for Thursday 2 May at the same time) to discuss the following agenda:

• 1) FEAMPA national program 2021/2027 – Priority 3. Activation of the development tool for fishing and aquaculture communities – Membership of the “GAL Terre di mare SCARL” – Establishment in the form of a public/private limited liability consortium company – subscription and acquisition participation shares in the share capital
• 2) Review and adjustment of the parametric tables for contributions to primary and secondary urbanization costs
• 3) Approval of the management report for the 2023 financial year
• 4) Change of the perimeter of the Cp/9A building sector to Cp/9B
• 5) Recognition of off-balance sheet debt deriving from sentence 201/2024 of the Puglia Regional Administrative Court in favor of Finpuglia Affissioni srls
• 6) Recognition of off-balance sheet debt deriving from sentence 384/2024 of the Court of Trani in favor of the company Trani Marina Yachting srl
