The lifeless body of a The 36-year-old was found by a passer-by on the street in Pavia. The man would be the victim of a murder committed at the height of a violent argument with a friend, a 70-year-old who had been hosting him in his apartment for some time. The murder apparently took place in the home of the alleged attacker, who then dragged the body into the street.

According to what has been reconstructed so far, the discovery took place around 5 am on Monday 6 May in Viale Cremona, on the eastern outskirts of the Lombard municipality. Atalarm raised by some passers-by the Areu rescue team responded, arriving on the scene with an ambulance and a medical car with a resuscitator on board, together with the carabinieri of the Pavia Company.
Following reports from residents, the police managed to trace the apartment where the murder allegedly occurred, where they allegedly found the person responsible for the crime.

According to the information gathered, the 36-year-old of Dominican origins had been living for some time together with the 70-year-old in the apartment owned by the alleged murderer.

The man was taken to the barracks to be heard on his version of events and he would have admitted at least part of his responsibility for the murder. The body was taken to the Institute of Forensic Medicine of the University of Pavia for the necessary investigations. The victim would have been killed by a blow to the head with a blunt object not yet found.
From the first reconstructions reported by The day, it seems that the two were constantly arguing, to the point that there were repeated interventions by the police to separate the two, even in the nearby bar. The crime apparently arose from one of these violent discussions, which degenerated into murder.
