Grillini and communists side with Guermandi

The 5 Star Movement of Calderara has formalized the candidacy of its standard-bearer for mayor. We are talking about Marco Guermandi (in the photo), born in 1961, who has always been a citizen of the hamlet of Lippo and Calderara. Guemandi is at the head of the civic list, ‘Calderara who will come’, which groups together the grillini with the ‘Calderara stellata’ logo and the logo of Ciro Rinaldi’s Comunisti per Calderara.

“After – explains Guermandi – a fruitful experience as a municipal councilor in the M5S, in opposition, and putting the council in a position to have the new municipal green regulation approved and to enrich various provisions in the relevant commissions, I made myself available for the candidacy as mayor. And I brought into the program the care and maintenance of the environment and the common good, attention to health and quality of life, the right to live, attention to roads and the airport. Bologna”. In Guermandi’s opinion, these are issues that have been increasingly neglected by the current municipal administration in recent years. And now there is the possibility of giving citizens an alternative. Together with Guermandi, as councilor candidates, there are the regional manager of the Italian Communists Ciro Rinaldi and former mayoral candidate in the last electoral round, the current M5S councilor Leo Veronesi and the former M5S councilor Barbara Cesari.

“The ‘Calderara that will come’ list – continues Guermandi – was born at the beginning of the year after several meetings between the two political groups. And, without distorting the characteristics of the two parties, there was immediate convergence on the themes and the choice of candidate mayor has fallen on the undersigned.” “Of all the lists that could participate in the administrative votes of the next 8 and 9 June – continues the mayoral candidate – the ‘Calderara to come’ list is undoubtedly the one that contains the interest in increasing the efficiency of the municipal public structure, of a municipality more within the citizen’s reach and a radical change in the approach to land exploitation”.

“After years of spasmodic communication on the current mayor’s respective social channels, with the related lapses in style – concludes Guermandi –, a different vision of approach with citizens is needed. And this list aims to try to reconcile this fracture. ‘Calderara that will come’ is truly the alternative to see a healthier, more efficient and beautiful city”.
