The councilor didn’t like it Brothers of Italy of Rimini Carlo Rufo Spina the intervention and gesture of the deputy mayor Chiara Bellini during the celebrations of April 25th, in which he represented the municipal administration.
According to Spina, the deputy mayor would have embarrassed those present “with a squalid political rally against the government and its policies, concluding everything with a shameful communist clenched fist. A clenched fist that was a perfect punch in the face delivered to all those who, like myself, wanted to enjoy a national holiday and celebrate one of the most important values, if not the most important, of a society: the reconquest of democracy and freedom after a bloody foreign occupation”.
“An assault on democracy – Spina considers it -, a real institutional problem that Mayor Sadegholvaad will have to deal with and give us an account of. And the greatest defeat was seeing the officers and non-commissioned officers of all the armed forces, true servants of the country, shaking their heads in sign of disappointment. I await his apologies or, failing that, his immediate resignation due to unworthiness to hold the position. And in case of failure to apologize, the mayor should take immediate action by dismissing her from the council. National holidays, freedom and democracy belong to everyone.”
