Viterbo – Junction between the Santa Barbara ring road district, the expropriation process begins.
The work is financed with Jubilee funds and it is the extraordinary commissioner who communicates it, with the declaration of public utility and the relative affixing of the pre-arranged restriction on the expropriation of areas or zones that fall where the intervention will be carried out.
The one planned is, as the provision recalls: “An infrastructural work to connect and improve accessibility to the northern quadrant of the city for the benefit of mobility, aimed at strengthening mobility, through the creation of an interchange that from the Santa Barbara neighborhood connects directly with the Giorgio Almirante ring road”
Intervention included among those relating to the 2025 Jubilee celebrations.
With the aim of alleviating traffic on the Teverina: “The only current exit from the Santa Barbara neighbourhood, among the most populous in the city of Viterbo, in order to improve urban traffic and mobility and at the same time smoothly connect two neighborhoods separated by a high traffic infrastructure, through the construction of a cycle/pedestrian bridge”.
