Viterbo – The season is coming to an end and the Rocchi issue still remains at sea.
The announcement is slow in arriving and even the Sunday assignment proposed by councilor Emanuele Aronne does not seem like a viable option.
The idea was rejected both by the leaders of FC Viterbo and by the current main sponsor of the yellow-blue club Piero Camilli. And the latter, yesterday, expressed his disappointment at how the municipality of Viterbo is handling the issue.
“If I create a team and participate in a championship to win – explained Camilli -, where do I put the secretariat and the offices of the various managers? If I take the helm of FC Viterbo I want to go to Serie D, Serie C and Serie B, not to the Third Category. If someone wants to emerge, they need structures, not a stadium that opens and closes on Sunday. Then, if the municipality wants to be in the third category or in the amateurs, go ahead. A stadium open only on Sundays is for matches between bachelors and married couples.”

Harsh words to which councilor Aronne, for the moment, has preferred not to respond, preferring to continue working in silence on the problem.
Meanwhile, the days pass and after a year as a sponsor, in which he has repeatedly declared that without Rocchi he would never have fully entered the club, Camilli is once again at the starting point and is thinking about what is the best solution for the his future in football.
In this regard, sources close to the current management of Civitavecchia speak of a new attempt by the Nerazzurri who have never given up on the dream of bringing the owner of Ilco to the helm of the club. In recent days the Tyrrhenian company would have contacted Camilli again who for the moment would have taken his time. Also because in Civitavecchia, as in Viterbo, the stadium issue is relegating the team outside the main city facility but compared to Tuscia it seems closer to a resolution.
