The Peruvian striker, in fact, had a past in Salento in the 2019/20 season with Liverani on the bench and despite the relegation to Serie B, he was one of the undisputed protagonists of that year, trying in every way to avoid the sad final epithet and showing a great sense of attachment to his old colors and to the city itself that hosted him, as also demonstrated by the words written in his farewell social message:
The majestic city, the kind-hearted people, the scent of pasticciotti, the Salento sea… it was all so perfect and today that I am saying goodbye to Lecce I do so by leaving a piece of my heart there.
The numbers with Lecce
