The judge for the preliminary hearings of the Court of Agrigento, Micaela Raimondo, at the conclusion of the summary judgment, issued a sentence in the context of an anti-drug investigation revolving on Favara and Canicattì around an alleged flourishing trafficking, between 2017 and 2018, of narcotic substances, especially heroin, the ovules of which were even swallowed to escape checks. During the investigations, one of the alleged pushers was caught with 165 grams of heroin already divided into 10 “ovums” capable of producing around a thousand doses. The drug dealers would have procured the goods in Palermo through two non-EU couriers. Here’s the verdict:

Nicoleta Mihaela Dana Chita, 30 years old, originally from Romania (5 years and 4 months). She has already been sentenced to 23 years in prison for the complicit murder of an elderly pensioner, Michelangelo Marchese, 89, in Palma di Montechiaro for the purpose of robbery.
