In Group D of the Promotion, Jupa’s brace ensures a 2-1 victory which is worth a lot in terms of survival for Spartak San Damiano of the new coach Emanuele Filippone: three points which allow the rossoblu to catch up with Canelli at 33, defeated internally 1- 0 from San Giacomo Chieri. Then there was a 1-1 draw between Santostefanese and KL Pertusa, with the Rosso men ahead with Celpica and caught up in the final.
In Group E of the First Category, Buttiglierese won 1-0 against Perosa thanks to Novara, thus continuing their quest for salvation. In group G three important points for Don Bosco Asti against Sale, a 2-1 scored by a brace from Dushku which led Diego Furlanetto’s team to overtake the Alexandrians of the “Prophet” Hernandes. Important success also for Costigliole against Monferrato: in the final 3-1 Morando scored twice and Cavazza once. Finally, Annonese was knocked out (0-1 against Pol.Frugarolese) as was Moncalvo (3-0 vs Fortitudo FO) which has now slipped to last place in group G.
