The outcome of Regional call for Digital Smart Schools 2023 involves 15 municipalities of our province. Here are the ones, with their respective financing: Calvatone and Tornata (42,000 euros), Casaletto Vaprio (28,500 euros), Corte De Frati, Olmeneta and Pozzaglio (86,000 euros), Cremosano and Campagnola (55,000 euros), Dovera (100,000 euros), Gussola and Torricella (89,000 euros), Martignana (60,000 euros), Pieranica and Quintano (34,000 euros), Sergnano (37,700 euros).

This is the comment of the regional councilor of the Democratic Party Matteo Piloni: “There will be 15 municipalities in our province that will benefit from the regional contribution for the creation of ‘smart’ spaces for teaching aimed at strengthening the interaction between students and teachers, between contents and resources, thanks to the use of the most advanced technologies, allowing the carrying out of integrated digital teaching activities, exploiting the potential for innovation and inclusion”.

“It is a financing of over 4 million euros intended for Lombardy municipalities with fewer than 5 thousand inhabitants – explains Piloni – and out of 102 projects, 75 were financed, while 27, although admitted, did not obtain financing. 600 thousand euros are allocated to our province which will finance 9 projects out of 75″.

“A real shame for the admitted projects that will not be financed – concludes the dem councilor – which is why I asked the regional council, through a question presented this morning, to be willing to provide further resources, around 1.5 million euros are needed, for scroll through the ranking and finance as many projects as possible”.
