A major boxing event will take place on April 26th at 6pm in Marsala, with the Italian women’s flyweight title. It will feature Giacoma Cordio and Aurora De Persio. A quality event to revive memories and ancient traditions, which will take us back in time and will make us remember a similar event, from March 1990, when Antonino Marino from Marsalese fought for the Italian welterweight title against Alessandro Duran. The event will be hosted by the Pala San Carlo and will be set up by the Giordano Boxing Club with the technician and organizer of Davide Giordano himself, best Italian matchmaker 2022 and 2023, in collaboration with RCC production (Rosanna Conti Cavini) and Marsala Boxe.
They will enter the ring, in the subclue: Mario Zolli, Gilberto Centra, Antonino Crimi from Marsala, Cristian Danilo Guid, Sergey Demchenko, Ignazio Di Bella, Heinrich Coorsen and Mihail Burlac.
The organizers thank the mayor of Marsala Massimo Grillo, the Municipality of Marsala which supports the event, the sports councilor Ignazio Billardello, the municipal councilor Gaspare di Girolamo, all the sponsors who allowed all this to happen.
