CAMPOBASSO – Intense and long bowling weekend in Molise with three matches in the next four days, during the Liberation long weekend.
Three events in which a total of 302 athletes will participate.
From 9am today, Thursday 25 April 2024, 73 athletes will be on the field for the ‘Paolo and Maurizio Bobbo’ Trophy, a regional individual competition, organized by the ASD Madonna delle Grazie Termoli of president Gianfranco Di Fonso.
Elimination rounds during the morning in the bowling alleys of various centers in Molise; from 3pm the finals on the lanes of the Bocciodromo in via Asia in Termoli.
On Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th April, however, the 20th ‘Città di Frosolone’ Trophy, 17th ‘Lelio Pallante’ Trophy, the usual two days of bowls organized by the Frosolonese Bowling Club of president Pasquale Mangione, returns.It starts on Saturday 27th, from 2.30 pm, when the 17th Lelio Pallante Trophy, a regional three-way competition, is scheduled. 37 teams on the field for a total of 111 players, who will compete for the coveted event, the final of which is scheduled at the Bocciodromo in via Dante in Frosolone on Saturday evening.
A few hours later, from 9am on Sunday 27 April 2024, the Frosolonese Bowling Club will give life to the 20th City of Frosolone Trophy, a national individual, in which 118 athletes are registered. Elimination rounds throughout the region; from 3pm the final stages of the event in Frosolone.
