From 6pm the first appointment with the Radio Norba live radio show
AND Geolier the protagonist of the first date with “Road to Battiti”, scheduled for tonight, Saturday 4 Mayto Foggia. It is the first of ten stages that will cross Puglia far and wide, waiting for the “Radio Norba Cornetto Battiti Live”.
A start with a bang for the radio live show of Radio Norbawhich will be held in Piazza ItaliaWhere from 6pm the DJs and entertainers of the southern radio will entertain the public with the best music of the moment and lots of fun, awaiting the arrival of Geolier, who will be interviewed on the truck live on the radio and on TV on channel 11 and on 730 on Sky. At the end of the radio live show, around 9pm, the awaited performance of the artist who will perform two songs for the “performance on the road” which will subsequently be broadcast in one of the five episodes of “Radio Norba Cornetto Battiti Live” from this year also broadcast on Canale 5. The titles of the two performances that will be recorded are still top secret, but it is very likely that one of the two will be “I’m for me, you’re for you”.
Geolier is undoubtedly one of the most sensational musical phenomena that Italy has seen and experienced in recent years. Strengthened by his roots and always aiming to overcome any geographical and musical limit, in just a few years he has managed to become a point of reference for Italian urban music, as well as one of the most requested names in the entire rap scene and beyond. In addition to a shower of certifications, 65 albums by platinum and 25 golds collected in total, Geolier, in VEVO’s 2023 end-of-year rankings, is at #1 in the Top 10 Artists in Italy, with 253.1 million views, and at #3 in the Top 10 Videos in Italy with “Come hai”. Geolier’s 2024 opened with his participation in the 74th edition of the Sanremo Festival with the song “I p’ me, tu p’ te”, certified triple platinum by FIMI/GfK Italia and which debuted in the Top 50 Global and to #1 on Spotify’s Top 50 Italy chart and Apple Music’s Top 100 Italy, later also entering the Billboard Global 200. On March 22nd his single “L’ultima poetry” was released, which sees him together with Ultimo for an unprecedented collaboration between two icons of the current Italian musical panorama. After two tours last year, which saw him perform throughout the country, with 4 sold out dates at the PalaPartenope in Naples, he is now ready to set the summer on fire with his “Geolier Live 2024”, which will see him in around Italy, but especially in his Naples with 3 sold out dates already at the Maradona Stadium.
A great protagonist of Italian music, therefore, for the beginning of “Road to Battiti”. After Foggia, the tour will touch Brindisi (11 May), Ostuni (12 May), Gravina in Puglia (18 May), Galatina (19 May), Margherita di Savoia (25 May), Sammichele di Bari (26 May), San Ferdinando of Puglia (1 June), Giovinazzo (2 June) and finally on 4 July Bari.
