Udicon Calabria: Tim network down

Scalea, Cosenza, Corigliano/Rossano, Lamezia Terme, Vibo Valentia, Reggio Calabria, are just some of the Calabrian cities affected by the inconveniences, which lasted for a few hours, yesterday in the use of the operator of the Tim line.
Numerous users have contacted our offices located throughout the country and have complained of difficulties in carrying out ordinary operations with the operator in question. “Over the years, data exchange has increased in Italy. In order to make fast networks increasingly accessible, however, it is necessary to favor more efficient technologies. Access to a stable connection affects various areas, from the world of work to that of education but allows private citizens to access important services (just think of the use of SPID)” – declares the Regional President of Udicon Calabria Nico Iamundo , – “therefore we cannot avoid requesting clarifications from the telephone company to avoid future similar episodes, to protect all Calabrian consumers who bear the costs of an increasingly efficient and fast service.
It is common for some problems to be reported during the day, however we believe that such a high percentage, like yesterday’s, equal to 47% of users who reported problems with the landline, needs prompt intervention to resolve the problem in order to allow the normal conditions of use of the service”, concluded Iamundo.
