NewTuscia – CIVITAVECCHIA – Councilor Emanuela Mari (FdI): “An objective pursued from the first moment of my inauguration as president of the II European and International Affairs Commission. All businesses and citizens of the coast will benefit.”

Civitavecchia will soon be an integral part of the regional network of Europe branches, positioning itself as one of only three municipalities in Lazio that is not a provincial capital to have access to a “front office” service at the “Porta futuro Lazio” space in via Dalmazia.

A significant step for the entire reference area of the Lazio town, as it will effectively offer a physical point of contact between citizens, businesses, associations, public bodies, the Region and Europe.

The main objective will be to provide information on the financing opportunities offered by European Funds, on the interpretation and drafting of tenders, as well as on the possibilities of collaboration between the various subjects at national, regional and local level and on the forms of cooperation between sectors public and private.

This recognition is an important milestone as it confirms the attention and commitment dedicated by the Lazio Region to the territory that hosts the capital’s port, and is affected by epochal transformations starting with the phase out of coal.

I am confident that this new service will be able to make a good contribution to the socio-economic development of Civitavecchia and its citizens, for this reason I thank the President Francesco Rocca and the General Director Paolo Giuntarelli for immediately accepting my request.

This was declared by the Regional Councilor of FRATELLI D’ITALIA, Emanuela MARI.
