No resetting of the Apulian council. What arrived on Tuesday evening, from governor Michele Emiliano, is a real mini reshuffle, with three new female councilors.
The President of the Region, shortly before, had also received the resignation of the Health Councilor, Rocco Palese. A delegation that Emiliano will keep for himself, together with that for Welfare, left vacant by Rosa Barone, of the 5 Star Movement. Before Paese, it was the Environment Councilor Anna Grazia Maraschio, of the Italian Left, who left.
The three new faces are those of the lawyer Serena Triggiani, who received the delegation for the Environment, waste cycle and reclamation, parks, industrial risk, housing policies, industrial crises and gender policies; by Viviana Matrangola who obtained the delegation to Culture, protection and development of cultural enterprises, legality and social anti-mafia; of the PD regional councilor Debora Ciliento who becomes head of the Department of Transport and Sustainable Mobility in place of the resigning Anita Maurodinoia.
