(UNWEB) TERNI – 23 April – Two new interventions have been assigned and are about to begin on as many roads under the jurisdiction of the Province aimed at improving road safety for travellers. The total amount of the works is 277 thousand euros for the redevelopment of the road pavement in the town of Farnetta (Montecastrilli) and in a stretch near the Piediluco cemetery. In Farnetta the Province will invest 100 thousand euros on the SP 82, in the most damaged parts, reconstituting the normal route with the elimination of existing depressions and cracks.
In Piediluco on the Sp 79, interventions worth 177 thousand euros are planned in order to further improve the practicability conditions. The works follow those already started in recent days on other road sections and are part of a series of maintenance interventions that will continue in the coming months, always with the aim of ensuring safety for civil, commercial and tourist traffic. For both works, specific ordinances were issued by the body’s traffic service establishing the alternating one-way system regulated by traffic lights or traffic lights for the entire duration of the works.
