BGeek, BiComix, Korcomics, Lecce Cosplay & Comics, SuperTrani. These are just some of the festivals dedicated to comics that have developed in Puglia in recent years, born in different forms and modalities but united by the desire to enhance the role of comics not only on an artistic level, but also as a means of cultural diffusion and an instrument of social analysis.
But how is a Comic-con born? What are the useful steps to build a festival that regenerates a community through art from the bottom up? But above all, what type of relationship develops between the public body, reality and young people in the area? These are the questions at the basis of “How to?”, a public meeting open to all citizens, which will be held on Monday 29 April from 7.30 pm at the Envy Club of Molfetta, Galleria Liborio Romano 5.
The protagonists of the event will be the founders of the URCA Association, a young Apulian organization made up of young people under 30, organizer of the Bicomix of Bisceglie , one of the most awaited events by many comics enthusiasts in Puglia, now in its fifth edition. The meeting will be moderated by Gabriele Vilardi, promoter of the meeting in collaboration with Envy Club.
