The inauguration of the new premises is an important milestone for the Fiamme Gialle of Messina. The renovated internal areas of the barracks will be designed to increasingly improve the staff’s workplaces and make them increasingly welcoming for users too.
An intense day as part of the celebrations for the 250th anniversary of the foundation of the Corps (in the year 1774), which follows the recognition of honorary citizenship, celebrated the previous day in the Council Chamber.
On the sidelines of the ceremony, Deputy Mayor Mondello expressed great satisfaction for the success of the events and declared:
“I am really proud of the path that the Administration wanted and was able to create with the Guardia di Finanza, rightly celebrated on the occasion of an important anniversary, but more generally with all the law enforcement and armed forces.
