We were missing the wild garden to add to the trouble: the problems for the European house of the Molise Region do not end
Descriptive text here

Not just homeless people looking for hospitality, not just water infiltrations that create further problems for the structure, not just disconnected utilities. We also lacked the wild growth (since no one frequents the building and therefore does not see and cannot report it) of shrubs and vegetation which created neighborhood problems.
There is no peace for the headquarters of the Molise Region in the heart of Europe, in Brussels precisely, which Primonumero dealt with not long ago.

From rags to riches

The representative office of the Molise Region in Brussels is unusable: costing 1.6 million, it is now a shelter for the homeless

The works, however, were carried out as expected and also paid: over 11 thousand euros to restore a historic and elegant building that no one can visit. At least until today (hopefully).

The determination of 21 April also certifies this further problem: in Rue de Toulose 47, in that elegant building purchased in the Iorio era and inaugurated complete with press journey, meetings, debates and elegant dinner, unusable due to problems attributable to the suspension of utilities of basic services such as energy, telephone, internet, cleaning, heating and for infiltrations in some rooms, it was however judged to be a ‘royal bed’ by some homeless people who entered by forcing the basement windows and occupied it. The inspection on February 15th therefore certified the damage and also the presence of homeless people.

The further problem became apparent at the end of March because residents of the surrounding buildings reported problems in their gardens due to the wild growth of plants and trees which, obviously, have invaded the spaces next door. The Region was invited to resolve the problem but Belgian legislation requires that pruning must be carried out by the end of March.

So, at speed, the Region also had to ‘contract out’ the gardening work for the building which no one has used for a long time. And the company that carried out the work on the building also carried out the gardening work within the times required by Belgian law.
All for 11 thousand 384 euros and 30 cents VAT exempt as a foreign operator. At least this.
