Duc Trani, a series of initiatives to greet the Frecce tricolori

The Urban Commercial District of Trani organizes a series of initiatives to greet the Frecce Tricolori.

The aerobatic team of the military air force will sail the sky of Trani on Sunday 12 May at 3.30 pm on the seafront.

Below is the complete program of events that will involve artisan traders and public businesses:

Photographic Contests

Two photo contests are planned:

1. Photographic contest for the ACTIVITIES showcases

The owners and managers of commercial, artisanal and service activities will have to set up a “Frecce Tricolori” themed shop window using the colors of the Italian flag

2. Photographic contest for the windows of PUBLIC BUSINESSES that serve and sell food and drinks (bars-restaurants-pizzerias-American Bars etc…)

The operators will have to prepare a “Tricoloured Dish”, which falls into one of the categories Appetizer – First Course – Second Course – Cocktail – Dessert etc…

Subsequently they will have to take a HORIZONTAL photograph of the created creation and send it to the “DUC Trani” Facebook page via private message.

Our representatives will publish the photos on the DUC Trani social networks.

The first three photographs with the highest number of “likes” will receive an award and a certificate of merit “Frecce Tricolori – DUC Trani” which will be delivered by the Mayor and representatives of DUC Trani and the municipal administration.

“Frecce Tricolori” menu

The DUC Trani invites the operators of public establishments that serve and sell food and drinks (bars-restaurants-pizzerias-American Bars etc…) to send a menu to the social channels of the DUC Trani (Whatsapp – Facebook – Instagram – E-mail). Frecce Tricolori” to be offered to customers on Sunday 12 May.

The Menu will be published on all the social networks of the DUC Trani and the Municipality of Trani in such a way as to allow tourists and others to inform themselves in advance about the “dedicated menus” for the day of the “Frecce Tricolori”. An initiative aimed at giving greater prominence to local catering activities.

InfoPoint Kiosk DUC Trani

For the occasion, the twentieth-century kiosk located in Piazza della Repubblica will also be festively decorated with Italian flags. Our representatives will deliver tricolor flags to the children. It will also be possible to request information on all the activities and initiatives organized by the DUC Trani and the Municipality of Trani.

Open Air

To greet the Frecce tricolori, a performance by the “Associazione Quercia” dance school with group dances is planned within the Open Air, located in Piazza Teatro.
