It’s been 21 years since the passing of Angelo Iaconetaat the time guardian of a seaside lido in Mattinata, left his home at 5pm on 7 July 2003 and, since then, disappeared into thin air. At the time of his disappearance he was 37 years old.

Before his disappearance, Angelo Iaconeta would have been threatened, followed and monitored. Angelo’s family would have read interlocutory messages and received warnings months before his disappearance. Private matters are hypothesized. Intimate relationships that would have caused tension. It is assumed that there were important families from Mattinata who were aware of the facts.
The only certainty is that after 21 years of Angelo Iaconeta, absolutely nothing is known.

From the end of March 2024, after his capture in France, also the Vieste man Marco Raduano, alias ‘Pallone’, a prominent element of the Gargano crime scene, is a collaborator of justice.
