The Company Commander of the Carabinieri of Bolzano is satisfied with the military’s work and explains to us that: «Thanks to the “red-handed” report of a virtuous citizen and the immediate intervention of the Carabinieri patrol at the capital station, we managed to identify two fences who previously peacefully carried out their illegal business in Bolzano. The first investigations carried out to reconstruct the dynamics of what happened allowed us to discover that those two men, non-EU citizens reported for receiving stolen goods, were organizing a load of stolen objects destined for the North African market. What was found was seized and we are still carrying out the necessary investigations aimed at identifying the legitimate owners, who are most likely victims of theft. This is yet another demonstration that the Bolzano Carabinieri is always ready to respond to the various requests for intervention and/or support from citizens.
