One of the symbolic fans of the Curva Est will be remembered tomorrow on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of his death after Teramo’s promotion to C2 (in 1994)
TERAMO – For the Teramo fans, the date of the jump to Serie D is approaching after an exhilarating championship led with great authority. Sunday at the Bonolis stadium, with an audience that is already expected to be large (the presale figure has exceeded 1,500 tickets sold). For the city community, hurt by the loss of Serie C just two years ago, the possibility of returning to party after last year’s leap from Promotion to Excellence, 30 years after another important promotion, that in Serie C2.
While the fans prepare for the celebrations, a celebration is a must on the Bonolis road: the one that will see the red and white supporters remember the late Giambruno Pucci known by the nickname ‘Teschione’ who died on 18 April 1994, on the night that followed the celebrations of the victory over Ostiamare (4-0) which marked the mathematical leap in category of Teramo coached by Aldo Ammazzalorso. Tomorrow, Saturday 20 April, at 5pm, a ‘smoke bomb’ will be held in the old Municipal Stadium, followed by the screening of the video ‘Quelli della Est’ at ‘Malamente’.
