The animal rights associations participating in theAnimal Affairs Observatory express their approval of the Lucca cat shelter project: “This is an event we have been waiting for for years. We hope to have it completed by the winter.”
“We are happy that the last meeting of the Observatory was held right where the cat shelter will be built – explain the animal rights associations -. It was thus possible to better understand the municipal administration’s indications on how the structure will look. The project saw the participation of associations active in volunteering. In fact, it had already been illustrated to local associations even before the Animal Affairs Observatory.”
“For years the need has been felt and there has been talk of a cattery, and now for the first time the money has been provided and steps have been taken to plan it. As associations – concludes the note – we will push for compliance with the construction times, hoping that the administration will ensure that the cats can use the structure as early as next winter”.
